Parking is limited in the village and at the church. There are no toilets at the church and there are no amenities in the village with toilets. Access to the church is limited. Guide dogs are welcome.

St. Mary's Church stands on slightly raised ground near the centre of the village. It is a handsome, good sized building of cruciform design with a central tower, which, until last century, was adorned with pinnacles.
