Leave the A34 at the Islip junction and take the B4027 towards Islip.
In Islip turn left onto Middle Street, signposted for Charlton-on-Otmoor and remain on this road all the way into the village, forking right at the grass triangle again signposted for Charlton-on-Otmoor.
Follow this road all the way into the village and the church appears on the left hand side.
