There is a car park at the hall which has dedicated disability spaces. The front entrance is accessible to wheelchairs and there is a disability toilet on-site. The hall has full disability access as well as a well-lit car park.
Brief Description:
Newchurch Community Hall, originally the local primary school, was built in 1860. The building became a community hall in the 1960s, with help from the local church, and became community-run in 2005, when it started a 4-year long refurbishment.

Directions:
In Carmarthen, from the Tesco roundabout on the A40 follow signs for Town Centre. At the first roundabout turn left passing Tesco on your left. Continue to the next roundabout where you turn right and then onto a set of traffic lights. Turn left at the lights and continue along this road for about 4 miles take your second right turning sign posted Golf Club. The hall will be located on your right in about a mile.

Amenities:
The hall does not sell food and drink, but a buffet can be provided, for a charge, when the hall is hired for events. Otherwise, food and drink can be bought in nearby Carmarthen. Meals are also available for nonmembers at the Carmarthen Golf Club (please see our venue listing for it), half a mile to the north of the Community Hall.
