Accessible by everyone. Wheelchair users may find it difficult to use some of the equipment in the gym, but ramps are present. Accessible toilets and parking are also on site.

Brief description:

Facilities on site include: A huge indoor sports arena, meeting rooms, squash courts, Gym & fitness Studio. Activities include: Sports Sessions for all ages, Fitness classes and a range of children’s birthday parties. Use of these facilities and activities require payment at the office (First room in the leisure centre). Memberships and Fees can be found on their website.

The town is situated 10.6 miles from Cardigan via the A484, and 16.5 miles from Carmarthen again via the A484 or scenic roads and the A484. 

Head south-west on College St/A475 towards New Rd, turn right onto Old Graig St/A484, turn left and go up the hill, destination is on the left. (Next to Ysgol Gyfun Emlyn School). OS SN 306403

Can be reached by pavement or road. (On top of a hill, so some may find it difficult to get up the hill on the pavement)
