Directions

Leave M4 at Junction 44 and take the slip road as though you are going to continue on the M4.

However, at the roundabout take the left exit signposted towards Swansea Vale.

At the next roundabout turn left following the sign posts for Swansea Vale.

At next roundabout, which is the junction with Walters Road, signifies the start of the Area.

Continue along Blawd Road into the Vale. This road has the residential housing to the right, Nature Reserve to the left and continue straight onto access the Business Units.
