Accessibility:

Portable induction loop in place. Toilets including disability toilet, baby changing facilities, cycle stands, car parking for 15-20 cars, no designated disability spaces. Dogs welcome on the lead. Picnic tables, gift shop. Some parts of the monument will not be wheelchair accessible, such as the first floor of the monument.

Brief Description:

A Tudor mansion set above Oxwich bay. It was arranged around an enclosed courtyard which has a military claim and style. In 1949, Oxwich was rescued from demolition by Lady Apsley and placed into state care. After some lengthy reconstruction and conservation and is now maintained by Cadw.

Open daily 1st April – 31st October 2015: Wednesday to Sunday 10am-5pm. Monday & Tuesday closed. Last admission 30 minutes before closing.

1st November2015 – 31st March 2016 – Closed.
