Parking is limited in the village. There are no public toilets – the closet toilets are in the nearest pub. The church is raised up from the roadside. There are steps with hand rails up to the church.
Brief Description:Bradford Abbas St Mary the Virgin ranks as one of Dorset's most important village church's. The church is mostly 15th century built, with an embattled and pinnacle west tower with many niches. Close to the tower is what remains of a 15th century preaching cross.
